Mr Meehan's P6 class recently went up to the old Rosemount factory to learn about the Easter Rising. The trip, organised by Wendy Gibbons of the Outer West Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership, was very enjoyable, informative and fun. The children managed to win lots of tee-shirts and comics by correctly answering questions about what they had learned on the trip. They also were well entertained by a traditional Irish music group and they received a delicious lunch at the end!
